Real Estate Photography:

Premium Package:

$115 for home 2,000 sq.ft. or less
$140 for homes 2,001 to 3,000 sq.ft.
$160 for homes 3,001 to 4,500 sq.ft.
Over 5,000 call for fee’s.
Packages include 30 pictures of both interior and exterior of the home for the $115 package, up to 40 pictures for $140 package, and up to 50 pictures for the $160 package. Google drive is used to deliver pictures, they will be in .jpg format.

Home Measuring

Base price for a house up to:

1,500 sq. ft. (total measured area) is $55

Each additional 500 sq.ft. over 1,500 sq.ft. is $5.00. Homes over 5,000 sq.ft. have an additional $35 surcharge.

Sq.ft. measurements for determining fee’s is calculated by adding heated and unheated sq.ft. together, all total sq.ft. measurements will be rounded up to the next 500 sq.ft. mark.

Example:

first floor headed sq.ft. 1280
second floor headed sq.ft. 1325
Garage sq.ft. 460
total measured sq.ft. 3065 rounded up to 3500 sq.ft. total fee would be $75.00.

If you would like the room names, and interior room dimensions on the sketch, houses up to:

3000 sq. ft. is $15.00
3001-5000 sq. ft. $25.00
5001-7000 sq. ft. $50.00
7001 sq. ft and up call for price

Floor Plans

I can provide floor plans for your listings, including sq. ft. measurements, room names, room dimensions, walls, windows, doors, stairs, etc. Homes up to:
3000 sq. ft. $100.00
3001-4000 sq. ft. $130.00
4001-5000 sq. ft. $155.00
5001-6000 sq. ft. $185.00
6001 sq. ft. and up call for price

Any appointment that is canceled less that 24 hours from the appointment time, or if there is a no show at the house, will incur a fee of $50.00

Virtual tours:

At this time I don’t provide virtual tour software. Many Realtors have comapnies like Tour Factory to upload their pictures to. If you don’t have a company you use, I know of two companies that provide virtual tour’s on a per tour basis. Both companies charge $10.00 per tour with no monthly fee’s or long term contracts. They are PFRE Tour, and Build a Tour.
